Plot Summary:  "12th Fail" is based on the actual events of IRS Officer Shraddha Joshi and IPS Officer Manoj Kumar Sharma. The film chronicles Manoj's journey from a struggling student in the Chambal region, where cheating in exams is a common occurrence, to becoming a dedicated and successful IPS officer. After failing his 12th standard exams due to the stringent measures of DSP Dushyant Singh, Manoj is inspired by the officer's integrity and decides to pursue a career in the Indian Police Service. With determination and perseverance, he eventually clears one of the world's toughest exams, the UPSC, and achieves his goal of becoming a respected officer.
